I feel SO stuck!There's no other way to describe it!.B4 I used to go out and used to have a nice social life and boys used to ask me out and I had lots of friends!.Then I put on weight and my self confidence just depleted!I stopped going out (I NEVER EVER GO OUT) I do have friends at school but I never go out with them Ive become soo shy!I used to be so outgoing and lively!.!.I see everyone else going out and having fun and i just feel ugly and fat!What must i do!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

So what you gained a few pounds, it happens, you can always go to the gym and work out, plus there's always cute guys there!! you say you had a nice social life before , so what's stopping you, a few pounds!?!? you better get out there and stop being so hard on yourself!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i helped my friend (also female) through a situation just like this!. notice how you keep saying "I"!. all you have to do is have confidence in yourself, keep thinking to yourself that you are beautiful and this will help boost your confidence!. secondly if you feel fat exercise may be an option!. if you have a dog walk your dog daily for an hour or so!. go for a jog in the morning!. eating healthy will also contribute to your weight loss!. you say that you have stopped socialising outside of school, tell your friends and get the problem off of your chest!. your friends will want to help and they will go on jogs with you and you will also then be socialising once again outside of school!. keep this up and you will be back on track in no time!. hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have your friends asked you to join them!? I certain if you had solid friends, they will like / love you for who you are!. Being over weight myself I know EXACTLY how you are feeling!. I find myself running home!. Yet, when I dress with care, apply a little make up and go out, I am accepted and even saught after!. So, reach inside and know you are a good person, it's not the frame on the MonaLisa every one admires!.!.!.Get clothes that you are comfortable in that fit just right and go out!. Call friends and see what they are doing and join in!. And start moving your body!. Walking for 30 minutes 3 days a week gives me amazing results in just two weeks!. So try it!.
