Can I have diet coke if I was on a diet?!

sure why not!? But if I were you I would have coke zero!. I drink it and my friend who's on a diet drinks it!. It taste just like regular coke but its made with splenda so it has no calories!.
pretty much any of those diet drinks are ok when on a diet!. the reason you watch what you drink as well as what you eat is because alot of drinks are just as unhealthy as the foods you consume!. as long as you monitor what you drink there isn't anything to worry aboutWww@Answer-Health@Com
