Try doing pull ups or chin ups!. You can purchase a bar to put up in your door way to do them on!. If not, just do some push-ups, I think they are just as good, maybe better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can get to a good gym you will find machines and free weights to work your shoulders as primary or secondary!. Also swimming can be an excellent way to strengthen shoulder muscles!. You can do lateral lifts with free weights 3 sets 8-12 reps!. over head and to sides!. It is all about technique and not so much about heavy weight!. I also still like shoulder shrugs with free weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

using dumbells sit on a chair and push the dumbells up and bring them down with a controlled force!.!.!. if you are looking to tone your shoulders (get cut--ripped--etc!.) then do sets of more than 10!.!. if you want to build muscle mass sets of 7-10 power is sets of 3-6Www@Answer-Health@Com
