How many grams of protein are in a basic serving of chicken?

I've heard a serving is about the size of your closed fist. How many grams of protein in a normal size chicken breast?

There are 34 grams of protein in a 4oz chicken breast. A normal serving is 3 to 4 ounces which is actually about the size of a deck of cards. Hope this helps!
