Is it Unsafe to take N.O. Xplode and Hydroxycut Hardcore; since they both have c!

Question:

Is it Unsafe to take N.O. Xplode and Hydroxycut Hardcore; since they both have caffiene?

Not at the same time. But i take N.O. Xplode before my work out and then i take Hydroxycut 30 min. before my meal (which is about 3-4 hours after taking N.O. Xplode. I am just concerned because of the caffiene or of any other side-effects...thanks for the help

Answers:

I did the same thing less then a month ago before a combine trying to burn off some post season bodyfat. I used different supplements but the same idea ( NaNo Vapor- MuscleTech and Lipo6X- Nutrex) and personally i didnt like it. It seemed as though i had less energy for my workouts and i personally had a lot of trouble falling to sleep at night.....lucky it was summer and most nights i wasnt going to bed to early in the first place.

But reasearch shows that using more than 400 mg of caffeine a day is not good for the central nervous system or the heart. Personally i burned a lot of fat down to sub-10% but i dont know if it was worth it as i also feel i lost some strength while doing this.

If you do decide to run this stack i'de recommend two things:

1) Drink lots of water - Even more so than you do now

2) Don't overdue the BSN- NO Xplode 1 scoop is enough if your running another caffeine based supplement like the Hydroxycut Hardcore.

-If you have yet to purchase the NO Xplode i'de say pass on it (good product but way over hyped) and get a beta alinine and cartonine based pre-workout supplement ( if you want the Nitric Oxide boosting effects of the Xplode as well get a cheap Arginine based product which will be just as good if not better). This would avoid any chance of over doing the caffeine and also be a much more well rounded and complete stack for fat burning and muscle building.

Just my two cents and good luck i went through the same thing a month ago
