Question: How to loose weight from your thighs and butt!?
i'm really not comfortable with my thighs and bum any ideas how to loose it and make them slim !?

You should try to work out and eat well!.

A good exercise for your bum is to:
1!. get on your knees and hands
2!. lift your left hand up until it is horizontal to the floor and your right leg simultaneously!.
3!. go back to the starting position and repeat with opposite hand and foot!.

This exercise is good if you want to tighten up your bum!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
