I need to lose alot of weight!?!


Question: I need to lose alot of weight!!?
well im 5'8 13 years old(mostly muscle) and i weigh 196 and i need to lose 10-20 lb in 2 months for wrestling!. can any one make me a workout and eating plan!.

(i have a bunch of veggies and fruits in my fridge!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Wake up early, and drink a glass - small bottle of cold water on an empty stomach, this will cause your body to increase your core body temperature!.

2!. Once you've had your cold water, wait for about 30 - 50 minutes before you have breakfast!. I recommend you have a bowl of Special K cereal with skimmed ( no fat! ) milk!.

3!. Exercise!! It is the most important factor overall! For weight loss, you need to perform cardio!. Walk at a fast pace for about 30 minutes, as a warm up!. Then keep on running as fast as you can, and when you get tired, walk until you're able to run again!. Repeat this routine until you've worked out another 20 minutes!. If you have access to a gym, i suggest you do 20-30 minutes on a treadmill, speed 5!.5, and increasing by 0!.5 each 7 minutes!. Once you're done with that, use an Elliptical Trainer / Cross-Trainer: these machines are fun-to-use and easy-to-use!. I enjoy working out on these!. Perform sit-ups before you go to bed!.

4!. You must have lunch! But reduce the amount of food you normally eat, it will be easier if you use a smaller plate!.

5!. Stay away from fried food, junk food, greasy food, candy, sweets, chocolates, potato chips, and sodas!.

6!. Have a cup of green tea, without adding any sugar!. It's been proven that green tea stimulates your metabolism, and helps you burn more calories!. I suggest you have that 2-3 hours after lunch time!.

7!. Drink lots and lots of water!

8!. Try to engage in reading rather than watching T!.V!., researches have shown that you burn 19% more calories reading, than watching T!.V!.!.

9!. Try not to eat past 7 P!.M!., or wait 3 hours to sleep after having a meal in the evening!.

You can lose two pounds a week easily and at a healthy rate if you just start walking and cut about 200 calories a day from your diet!. That's hardly anything!.!. drink one less can of coke a day, for example, and you're there!. Just tell yourself you don't need second helpings of something if you aren't still hungry!. If youre already mostly muscle, running and walking are easy ways to burn calories!. Make sure, though, that when you cut some calories that you're still eating enough of all different types of foods!. Don't listen to anyone who says to cut carbs, meat, dairy, fat, etc!. p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your diet is still balanced!. You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.
