Maintaining a healthy weight...?!

Question: Maintaining a healthy weight!.!.!.!?
So about a week ago I started to notice that I gained a massive amount of weight and I want to get healthy again but I'm not exactly sure if what I'm doing is right!.

Basically what I've been doing as far as excersize goes is go for long walks, the occasional short jog, and if I don't do either of those in a day I do a few crunches and push ups to make up for it!.!.!.but sometimes I just let it go completely!.

I've only been drinking water and seltzer, and I try to eat breakfast which is not something I've done before!. I try to get three meals in, and then a snack or two!. For example, yesterday for breakfast I had toast with butter and jelly and some fruit!. For lunch I had a salad with some bread!. For dinner I had pasta and salad and some left over vegetable lomein!. And for a snack at night I had a small bowl of fruit!. I only drank water and I walked about two miles!.

Am I not eating enough!? Is this too much!? Is the food nutritious enough!? Suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
First, you have to start grazing with your food!. This means eating 5-6 SMALL meals a day, rather than your usually 3 meals!. This will allow your metabolism to keep running!. Keep eating breakfast, its good for you, but go easy on the butter from now on!. And try to drink some milk! Water is good, but lay off on the seltzer, it can make you feel bloaty!. You seem to be taking the right steps with you food choices and activities, so I wouldn't change that unless you want to step it up a little!.
Hope that helps :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start!. Find a sport that you like and stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you are having enough healthy food!. What you should do is maintain this level and since you just started you wont see the results!.!.but keep doing it you'll know what to do later on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
