Question: Losing weight need good diet advice!?
I'm 14 years old!. 5'6!. and 132 pounds!. I need some diet menu that tells all the healthy foods i should eat and avoid!. Vegetables is not my favorite!. But if it is nesscary, i'll try!. :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

? Eat (at least) three times a day!.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason!. Sounds funny, but to lose weight!.!.!. you must eat (the right things, of course)
? Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas!.
? Your last meal should be before 18:00!. Try!.
OK, one apple after 18:00
? Don't starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health!.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet!.
? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer!.


? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling!. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin!. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat"!. Beside being stupid!.!.!. you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys!.
? Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc!. during the diet!. Even lite or light versions!.
I thought this was not possible for me to achieve!. Now!.!.!. I don't even LIKE them anymore!
Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit juice! Not speaking about health!.!.!.
? Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home!.


And if you want results, you def should exercise too!.

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

I was in a similar situation to yours!. But i was 240 pounds at that age because of my asthma which had steroids!. The thing to do is massive cardio build up if you have watched your basketball team work outs do those!. Eat diabetic foods!. No more sugar!. Eat chicken, brown rice, wheat's, grains, drink LOTS and LOTS of water, eat 3 times a day no snaking!. salads, veggies, and fruits!. drop the junk food!. and work out 3-7 times a week and 2-3 times a day!. Trust me Ive been in your situation and drink EAS (all but the vanilla) for protein and if your wanting to get cut!. dont lift that baby weight of 2 or 5 pounds lift about good 35-80lbs to get toned!. and stronger!.
Dont starve yourself, cause in the end you will gain it all back, dont go into the fad diet plans/pills that makes you gain it back twice as much!. If you want to get cuts and lean take the stuff for it not diet pills and watch out for your portion size!. if you make a fist thats the size of your stomach of how it should be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gosh, I can't imagine that at your height, 132 is considered overweight!.

I know u should be eating 5 servings of vegs a day!. But to lose weight its all about burning more caloires than you eat!. u should have a look at http://www!.alfitness!.com!.au which is a cool site that tells you how many calories you should be eating and some good info!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
