White meat, fish (from the sea) such as salmon, cod, mackerel (not king mackerel), tuna (not bluefin tuna), egg (not more than 5 a week), vegetables (stir-fry, or raw tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, or peas and beans), soy beans, tofu, and rice (long grains, red rice, brown rice, red-yeast rice)!.

Couple that with some fruits and you're having a healthy dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

red meat, fish and chicken are the best meats for you!. try to not have pasta very often because it is so high in carbs, but it won't hurt you if you have it every now and then!. obviously don't have fast food, that is a given!. salad makes an excellent dinner, just don't have ranch! anything with fruits and veggies is obviously going to be good for you!.
