Cereal that contains low sugar (the non-coloured and sugar-coated ones) because it has a lot of folic acid and Vitamin B12!. Cereal has been shown to help people lose weight, have higher metabolisms, and have more energy throughout the day, because it is a complex carbohydrate and takes a long while to break down, making the body feel fuller while it breaks down the contents of cereal!.

Bread (whole-meal) without butter or margarine can also be a healthy breakfast!. Milk or water or juice (without sugar added) will also be quite healthy!. Otherwise, a fruit for breakfast will be great for you as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fruits
Whole grains and oats (cereals, oatmeal/oats, breads, etc)

Whole grains and oats help the stomach feel fuller because of the high amounts of fibers, they digest slowly in order to satisfy the stomach for hours!.
