Push Ups???

What do push-ups help with, besides arms?

Answers:

It is one of the most complete exercises, when done properly it solicits mainly: chest, biceps, triceps, lats, upperback, stomach (since u are holding it in thru the motion), your legs since you are keeping them tense to. When no time to do a full workout I always go with push ups.
