I don't know about the ultimate BEST breakfast you can have, but a healthy breakfast would sound something like this: a few scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast (avoid jelly, and too much butter), milk, a some sort of fruit!. Watch your portions though!

Oatmeal is always healthy and it's quick too!. Avoid eating cereal at all costs! Not all cereal is terrible, and although it advertises having vitimans and whole grains, there's nothing better than getting those things from a natural source!. For example, if it advertises being high in vitiman c, have an orange instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

- 1 scrambled egg or 2-3 egg whites with mixed veggies (peppers, onions, spinach, tomato, etc!.) and a sprinke of lowfat cheese on top!. Have with 1 slice of whole grain bread, orange or grapefruit, and a glass of fat free/lowfat milk!.

- Oatmeal with frozen blueberries, chopped almonds or walnuts, honey, and cinnamon!. Have with grapefruit or orange and a glass of milk!.

- 1 whole wheat tortilla with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter and a banana!. (honey is opt!.) Add a glass of milk!.

- Whole grain cereal, granola, or oats (or a mix of all 3) with nonfat/lowfat yogurt, fruit, and 10 almonds!. Add a glass of milk or juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kashi cereals are great, they contain a lot of protein and fiber!. All bran,bran buds are also good!. you could make a smoothie with fruit, yougurt, milk,oatmeal, and protein powder to include all the food groups!. I know the oatmeal sounds weird but it does taste good!. Or egg whites scrambled with fat free cheese!. They make many great protein bars that are loaded with nutrients!. Both whole wheat and whole grain are great for you but whole grain usually contains a little more protein and fiber and is more rich in nutrients!. either way its better than white! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kashi Cereal with soy milk and fresh cut up bananas or strawberries!. Any prefferable fruit really!.
