I've been doing those for basketball!. So far its strengthened my thigh muscles, aswell as my whole leg!. And I can jump higher too!. These exercises also increase agility and quickness!. They are good and healthy for everyone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

as I mentioned before with the buns & thighs question: toe touching (from a standing position, naturally), stand on your tip-toes and stretch upward, put your hands against the wall & stretch you legs out as far as you can!. If you have an excercise ball you might try laying across it on your back and slowly roll!. These exercises work best if you start out with what you feel comfortable with and gradually increase the amount!. Remember, nothing worth accomplishing is done in a few minutes!. You need to commit to it and stick with it! Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

alright squats are really good!. but what i find works the best are wall sits!. sit like ur on a toilet with your back against the wall!. your knees should be at a 90 degree angle!. if you hold this there and do it a little extra then you think you can like 110 percent!. your thighs will get stronger in no timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

the best are squats!.!.!. if you are at home you can do body weight squats!.!.!. make sure ur legs are parallel to the ground when you get low (90 degress) also walking lunges!.!.!.dont touch knee to ground but come very close!.!.!.do a high amount of reps with these lifts!.!. they will really tone the thighs gluts (butt) and bicep femoris (hamstring --back of leg)!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bodyweight squats (many of them)
One legged bodyweight squats (fairly difficult but good at isolating each thigh)
Some jumping jacks (this also works your calves)
Good old fashioned running/jogging/walking (this also works your calves)Www@Answer-Health@Com
