Question: I want to lose weight quickly!?!?!? Like 20-40lbs!?
I'm 5'3 and 139lbs!. How much should I weigh!. I want to get down to about 100lbs!. How can I lose weight fast, I don't care if its that healthy!. oh and btw i'm almost 14!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

whoa 100 pounds is a bit too drastic!. i'd say about 120 is a good weight!.
u shud do lots of cardio!.
they say 100 jumping jacks a day ur well on ur way!. its true, cuz it gets ur heart pumping!.
walking up and down the stairs of ur house is great for getting calves and you'll lose weight too!. trust me!.

o yah and a bit of advice!. dont starve urself!. thats the big NO-NO!. and dont vomit out food u eat!. <--- hence, dont become bulimic or annorexic!. it will ruin ur life forever!.

watch ur portion size too!. dont binge!. thats also a big no-no!.

110 at 5'3 is healthy for a woman , loosing weight fast =rapid loss of muscle mass witch is a bad thing , it tares down the body's auto immune system , and makes you more prone for infection , but if you have to loose weight quickly drink a gallon of green tea a day ,,and 3 gallons of water a day , and have only a 500 calorie a day diet, walk 4 miles a day and you should loose about 25 lbs in 2 weeks, do you have that kind of commitment !? if so,, do it slow , and keep good health ,, Live healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you wanted to lose weight safely and sensibly I'd help you, but it's obvious from your question that all you care about are the results and not the cost!. So let me warn you: Any type of crash diet you go on will cause PERMANENT damage to your metabolism because you're a teenager and you're still growing!. Even if you lose the weight, you'll put it all back on with interest, and you'll have to work a lot harder and eat a lot less to lose less weight than people who use diet and exercise as opposed to miracle cures or magic pills!.

BOTTOM LINE: Try to lose weight unsafely now and you'll be overweight for the rest of your life!. But if you take the common sense approach of eating a well-balanced diet, keeping the bad-for-you stuff to a minimum, and getting regular exercise, you'll lose the weight and keep it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nah it's not healthy to loss weight that fast and you're so young -_-, but try drinking lots of water and eat 5 times a day in small portions!. That why, your metabolism will be faster!. Starving yourself doesn't work at all!. Once you can't take the hunger, you will start to eat more than your body needs because your body feels the need to compensate for all of the emptiness inside of you and you'll gain all of the weight back (and probably more)!. Exercise too because that will make dieting (the healthy way) faster!. Going down too 100lbs seems too radical, though!. Well my aunt it on the Extreme Fat Smash diet by Dr!. Ian Smith ( you might have seen him on Celebrity Fit Club) and she said she has been losing weight pretty quick ( though I am sure exercise is helping) and also I hear the Master Cleanse diet works really well, but with your age I think it would be best for you to get with your doctor and maybe they can refer you to a nutritionist that could help you with a healthy solution!. woah!.!.first of all you need to slow down and stop obsessing over this!.

You are not even 14, and you shouldn't be concerned about your weight at such a young age!.

You need to realize that you are still growing and once you hit that age 14-15 your going to change SO much that your weight will eventually fit with your body type!. 100 pounds is WAY TO SKINNY! If you want to get fit the best way to do it is EAT RIGHT::: breakfast is the most important thing (SPECIAL K is great!) Having a good lunch is also good! Try not eating fast food for a little and see if that helps with getting in shape!. Do some exercises & research on what would fit your lifestyle!. Dinner is also very important! You can always go to the grocery store with mom & dad and pick out good eats!! :)

Always remember!.!. you are beautiful no matter what!.

I am 22 and i struggled with anerexia for 6 years and it was the worst time of my life!. It makes me so sad to see girls not happy with themselves!.

your ideal weight depends on body structure and relative muscle mass and mass of fat in your physique- at a guess though from you description of your self you need a qualified counselor rather than a diet!. not caring if you are healthy or if an action you want to take is healthy is a dangerous mode of thinking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

But I would like to lose some weight for this summer too!

Try drinking water before your meals to fill up and eat low carb foos like fruits and veggies

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start!. Find a sport that you like and stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok!. Firstly, you will need to change your diet largely if you want to lose that much!. So you can have 5 SMALL meals a day, which has mostly protein in it!. However, you should never snack when doing this, and only have the five meals!.

The rule of thumb is 100 pounds at 5 feet if you are a woman, 120 if you are a man, and 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet!. So, if you are a man, you should be 135 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to talk to your parents first!. I would suggest a Veggie and fruit diet for 3 weeks!. No Bread, sugar, meat, or pasta!. Only grains, fruits, veggies, and water or juice!. 1 gallon of water at least a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
