You almost certainly will gain weight and strength if you take it!.
It will make you more focused and energized while in the gym and help you recover outside of the gym!.

Creatine is really good, basically it lets you do more reps and recover faster, and gives your muscles the extra energy for before weightlifting!. It's perfectly legal and everything, you can get about a 2 month supply for 20 bucks, take about 10 grams a day and you should be fine, make sure you take it about half an hour before your workout, and still take it on days you don't work out!.
