It all depends on you and what you wish to achieve, are you building muscle!?, burning off fat!? Find your ideal body composition and work towards it, if it is a mesmomorphic (muscular) composition you want, then that routine is fine but you may want to do less reps with bigger weights as slowly as possible, if you want to be ectomorphic (lean, toned) then you may even want to take a further rest day and spend another day of cardio!. In terms of weights more reps with a lighter weight

hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

i have been working out for three years now and i can tell you a lot better way to do it!. first day do your legs and back like normal!. then the next day do the arms, chest, and abs!. but on the third day do no sort of workout at all EXCEPT for cardio!. Your cardio workout does not have to be boring either do something like basketball or bike riding!. Working the same muscle every other day will put to much stress on that part of your body and although it will get bigger and stronger it will be at a much slower pace then the way i have described!. Like i said i have been working out for three years like this and i got a 8 pack, and the rest of me is in top physical shape!. And on your days off if you really dont want to do anything at all its okay to let yourself just rest but make sure some of your rest days include cardio because that is what get your tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That seems fine!.
Honestly you can do abs everyday though if you wanted!.!.!. Most work outs do that!. But if you are fine w just three days of it then thats not a problem!.

Also its fine to have a day off doing nothing!.!.!. most work outs have two or three days off so your doing just fine!.

One think i just recently learned is that cardio is good for cardiovascular health but if your looking for a better body, doing interval training burns a lot more calories in a shorter time!. You can youtube some interval training work outs if you want to make that switch which I highly recommend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds good to me!. I would add abs in everyday, you wanna work your abs/core as much as possible!. Looks pretty solid though!. Run a lot, biking, any type of cardio at least 3-4 times a week!. Uhm!. I'm guessing you take a protein supplement!. If not, head over to your local GNC and ask them about a protein shake mix!. That will help you get a lot stronger!.

Remember, for better definition = low weight, high rep

good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

How long of a time period do you work out everyday!? You should do at the very least 45 mins!. every workout!.

It looks like you have a pretty good thing going on here, but make sure that you don't just stick to one form of leg/back workouts (make sure you change it up and work different areas of those parts otherwise it's not doing you any good, same goes for upper body)!.

Just make sure you change it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah man, that's a hell of a workout actually!. My routine just kind of consists of what I feel needs the most work that day!. For that cardio crap, play some basketball or something that contains entertainment rather than just running!. If you're like me at all!.!.!.I HATE running!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may be doing to much 3 on 1 off would be a little more ideal to keep you from over training just remember to watch nutrition and get enough sleep to recuperateWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah thats fine!.
you'll be fit in no time if u stick with itWww@Answer-Health@Com
