Is it okay to have some ice cream?!


Question: Is it okay to have some ice cream!?
This is what I've eaten today:
Breakfast - 1 bowl of frosted mini wheats with 2% milk!.
Lunch - 1 bowl of weight control oatmeal with a bottle of water!.
Dinner - 1 bowl of ramen noodles!.
Is it okay to have a little bit of ice cream!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't sound like you eat enough calories anyway, you need some extra (seriously)!. Also at least add some fruits and vegs into your diet- if you eat like that all the time you are going to get nutritional deficiencies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I remain on a healthy diet at all times, but when you really crave something it is better to allow your self a small amount because if you keep denying your self you will probable binge eat a lot of junk latter on!. Also frosted mini wheats are not such a good idea because they have a lot more sugar than you need, and more sugar means more calories and less healthy!. Try plain mini wheats and a 1 teaspoon of sugar!. Try skim milk, because of the fat content in 2%!. Also the Noodles- lots of starch and lots of salt, starches turn in to sugar when digested and salt makes your body retain a lot of water weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everything in moderation!. If you deprive yourself of little rewards, you could overindulge!. That's what happens with me!. I can't deprive otherwise I will go crazy and overindulge!. Have a little ice cream!. Cardio 6x a week!. That deserves a little reward! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes that is fine! just watch your portions and if you have it use reduced fat ice cream or even better frozen yogurt! (which i think tastes better than ice cream)!. you haven't eaten much today at all but at the most have about 1 CUP of ice cream : )Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd worry more about the high carb meals then a little bit of ice cream!. All three meals are all carbs--if you want to lose any weight, this is not the way to do it!.

You need to eat fruits, veggies, fish/chicken amd grains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yea only like one scoop though, if you really want to loose weight!. Just don't eat some every day, only like once every one or two weeks!. Good Luck!! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
