both are bad!.!.!.the high fructose corn syrup in the regular releases hormones in your stomach called leptin(tells your brain you are full) and ghrelin!. The high fructose corn syrup stops leptin from being released, and you never get the message that you are full!. it also never shuts off ghrelin, so you never get the message that you are full!. high fructose corn syrup is empty calories that serve no purpse!.

They're both bad for you!. Diet has artificial sweetners, which can cause health problems, and regular is high in sugar and calories!. Soda also contributes to dehydration!. The best thing to do is drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One can of soda contains 14 tsps of sugar!. Not sure how many is in diet!. My father-in-law drank only diet soda and it just about rotted his teeth out of his mouth!.

They're both bad since they both contain lots of sugar!. I don't drink soda mostly water, vegetable juice, and milk!. If you drink soda, I'll suggest you replace it with juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
