Is this okay to do?!


Question: Is this okay to do!?
Hey there, so at dinner, I don't really have any appetite!. So I have a liquid dinner type thing, I'll put some like vegetables and fruit and ice into a blender, and blend it, and then I drink that for dinner, is that okay!?

For example, tonight I put strawberries, some water, blueberries, celery, broccoli, 3 ice cubes, some orange juice, and some water, a bit of cinnamon, vanilla extract, nad 2 packets of splenda!.

So is this okay to do once and aw hile!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that is okay!.
It couldn't be any worse than just eating a salad, which a lot of people do for a light dinner or lunch!.
And if you are not trying to starve your self or something, it is probably a lot healthier than some other things people eat!.
And if you are at a healthy weight it won't hurt you at all!.
Most people get way more calories and eat way more than they actually need to!.
If you are concerned about nutrition, you should visit some nutrition web site, like nutritiondata!.com, and see what nutrients and calories someone of your height and weight needs!. They have a daily requirements calculator and everything!.

Yes that's fine change it up regularly, like eat solid food sometimes!. But truth is that you should eat at least 1000 calories a day!. If you eat less your metabolism will slow down and your body will store more fat!. But it is okay what you are eating as long as you are also eating more solid food a day and at least 1000 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i can see something like that for a snack or breakfast

Sure, once in a while!.!.!. and be sure to snack if you feel hungry later!. Because, while it's unhealthy to starve, it's also unhealthy to eat when you're not hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
