What are good exercises that can help lose about 20 pounds?!


Question: What are good exercises that can help lose about 20 pounds!?
I really want to lose about 20 pounds!. At least 15!. But the only things I do are walk my dog and go to the pool!. And lately it's been raining a lot!. So what are some good exercises that can help me flatten my stomach and have thinner legs!?

P!.S!. I can't do push ups so if that was one of the effective exercises you had in mind I won't be able to do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Join a Weight Watcher's program!. If that is too much start with simple exercises, like running and bike riding (do this daily)!. Trade in the junk food for more fruits & veggies!.
There is a tecnique to help you gain enough muscles to do push-ups!. All you do is do a push-up while kneeling!. Do that until you can't do anymore once a day!. After a few weeks you can try doing one push-up!. Then after you're comfortable with one push-up try two!.!.!.and so on!.
You can try doing a few sit-ups and increase the number you can do by one every few days, or until you think you can do it!.

Hmm I've started to lose a few pounds by jogging 2 miles 5 days a week, and it's very relaxing once you get used to it!. Since fat is mainly concentrated in the tummy area, I would say that abdominal workouts are the best way to go, which include sit ups and other such exercises!. It's important to combine a healthy diet with exercise as well, since if you only do one, there won't be much of an effect!.

Here is my workout routine I do each day if you're interested:

*PRE* 10 minutes strecthing
- Approx!. 2 miles jogging (15-22 min!.)
- Trunk exercises (10 sec!. repetitions x2-3)
- Push-Ups (20 repetitions)
- Curl-Ups (35 repetitions)
- Weight Training (only 2-3 days a week though)

All of this only takes me about 40 minutes, which is what doctors recommend that everyone should do in a day!.

since you are walking your dog, that is a good form of exercise already!. Try jogging with him for at least 45 minutes a day!.
Also, swimming is an excellent form of exercise that works out your whole body!. It works your arms, legs and your abs!.
If you don't like push ups, try sit ups!. That will also help tone your abs!.
or if you don't like to be outdoors, try pilates or yoga!. u can always mix it up too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

JUMPING JACKS! i am in a sport that you need to have great core muscles to do it well, and they make us do many jumping jacks!. it works your arms and legs as well as your core area(stomach)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Buy a jump rope! I lost 10 pounds in a couple of months!.!.!. Also try eating more raw foods, it'll help you get a slimmer stomach!.
