Tips to help me to keep exercising?!


Question: Tips to help me to keep exercising!?
i need some motivational tips to keep me exersicing this summer!. i need to tone up!. but every time i start something, it lasts for about a week!. what are some good tips to help motivate me!? please and thank you! ???Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to have this problem, and I do not think there is one perfect answer, as each person is different!. This is what helped me:

1!. I did things that I liked @ the gym!. I went for classes that I knew I would actually enjoy such as dance classes!. Luv belly dancing & Zumar (spanish) dance classes!.!.!.I also genuinely love swimming, so I went swimming regularly!.

2!. I got a personal trainer!. So if you can afford one, i would recommend it!. It forced me to keep my appointments!. I also told her to call me regularly to book at least a session each week!.

3!. Gym buddy!. I go running and sometimes just walking w/ a friend!.

4!. Music is a great motivator for me!. I have my workout music that keeps me enjoying my workout, and thus makes me eager to workout the next time!.

5!. Hang pictures of yourself on the wall as well as a goal image!. Basically get a pic of the body you want - and stick your head on it!!!

6!. Reward yourself!.!.!.not with food!!!! But with things like a massage or an event!.!.!.!.

7!. I get it over with in the morning!. This helps me so that I do not think about it the rest of the day!.

8!. You can also do a little throughout each day!. Instead of one or two hours at a time!. For example when u wake up - do 15 mins cardio before going to the shower: e!.g!. jumping jacks, squats, jogging on the spot, stepping!.!.!.etc!. At work take the stairs up and down if you can or park far away and walk briskly to your office!. Go for a 30 mins walk later in the day - might be nice!.!.!.!.Do 15 mins abs late evenings!.

9!. You can also maintain a journal of what you are doing!. This did not so much work for me as much as annoy me!.!.!.but it worked for a friend of mine!.

try thinking about how amazing you'll look when you lose the weight, and how different your life will be, thats how i stayed motivated to lose weight, i also had a cute pair of shorts that I really wanted to wear one day, and i looked at them everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pick 2 or 3 days of the week you want to exercise!.
Make the duration less than 1 hour!.
From my experience - doing too much all the time is a sure fire way youll give up either by burning out or finding exercise a chore!.
So make it fun - get some music cranking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first do senarios of you in great shape(the way you will see your self) and how good you ll feel and constantly repeat to your self the purpose of why you are doing it for !.when you accomplish your goal it s very rewarding!.or get an exercise buddyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Think about how much more confidence you will have and how much healthier your body will be!. Focus on the fact that you are contributing to a healthier happier life for yourself and a healthy strong heart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pick out someone you want to look like and then get a picture of yourself!. Put them next to each other to have a reminder of what you want! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a friend to excercise with and treat yourselves after excercising!. you could also try listening to music while excercising or dancing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Buy smaller clothing or maybe a new bathing suit!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
