How to do sittups ? ? ? Is it good for belly ? ? ?

i'm 32 years old & after my 2 baby I have fat on my belly.that's also harts on my back .sorry about spelling.....


Answers:

Lie down on you back, try to raise your shoulders above ground as farther as possible. Try not to move your feet leave em where they are. Try to hold on to your raised stance for atleast 2 seconds do2 sets of 10 repetitions slowly. Later on you can increase the time to hold your posture, repeitions and sets. You would feel you tummy losing fat as well as strengthning your back muscles, which would help you with your back pains.
Also remember you have to really shock the body into losing the accumulated fat. Try various other exercises like lunging backwards and forwards one leg at at time while maintaining your balance, good for your butts and thighs as well as tummy.
Why not buy couple of light weight dumb bells!! You would have dozens of easy and fat busting exercises to do if you have them.
Do not give up eating, only avoid high fat, low protein diet.
