whole grain is healthier by a lilWww@Answer-Health@Com

Whole grain: the bran and the germ are preserved in the milling process, regardless of what grain it is (can also be corn, wheat, oat, barley, etc!.)

Whole wheat: same as above, but only refers to wheat (understandably)

Both are good for you, but if you have a wheat sensitivity or celiac disease, it would be good to look for the former!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whole wheat is the whole kernel of the fruit without thw chaff!!!
Whole grain can refer to any grain that is left intact without the chaff!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
