Answers:
LOL!.
Are you serious!? What do you think your metabolism is going to do when it thinks its going to digest yogurt all the time!?!? Its going to slow down incredibly!. Then the lack of nutrients would kick in and your body will eat its own muscle first and then eventually the fat!.

Water is good, yogurt isn't even completely healthy to begin with!.

You will probably retain whatever you eat besides yogurt!. So if you had 8 days of ONLY YOGURT and then you went to a pizza place with your family!.!.!. STRAIGHT to your thighs baby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yoghurt is beneficial for your digestive system as in contains alot of good bacteria which will help you to digest food easier and not become bloated!. However, you should include other healthy foods high in fibre and vitamins/minerals!.

A diet of just joghurt and water is unhealthy!. But when combined with other foods is healthy!. Eat alot of vegetables and fruits, also make sure you eat grain foods!.

If your on a diet to lose weight, some yoghurts are actually fattening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yogurt that you buy in the Mausoleums where dead food is held in state (super markets that are really not super at all) sell really bad yogurt!. Yoplait, for instance, has 27 grams of sugar per little cup!. It uses pasteurized dairy to make the garbage and adds flavorings, etc!. There is very little beneficial bacteria in the junk and since it is pasteurized and homogenized, the calcium is altered and not good for you!.

If you make your own yogurt out of RAW dairy at home and use good friendly bacteria, it would be a great food for you!. The problem is that you need a variety of fat when you diet, not just one kind!. The fat is what gives you the sustained energy you need to keep you from getting hungry!. The best diet is the one that you create when you have the knowledge on how the body works!. Get the book, "Life Without Bread" by Christian Allan, Ph!.d!. It's a very well written book and you will understand what to do after reading it to manage your weight the way you want to!.

good luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
