Honestly if you want to lose weight at a decent pace
you can't drink alot of fruit juice, the calories can really
add up!. 90 percent of the stuff sold in stores is junk
anyway because it has corn syrup in it!. If you want
to drink some juice that you can buy at the store, I
recommend V8-Fusion Light, it is only like 50
calories for 8 ounces I believe!. Also, I've studied
the ingredients in it, it is pretty much all natural from

Natural juices are okay in moderation!. In order not to gain weight from drinking them you need to control your blood sugar level (glucose and insulin production levels) by eating a complex carb with it or fiber!. V8 Fusion, if you will notice is made from sweet potatos because sweet potatos are low on the glycemic index and will not make your blood sugars spike!.

Its all about controlling your blood sugars!. Of course stay away from anything with high fructose corn syrup in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Uh, Hello Stephani!?!?!? Guess what, watermelon does not have any more salt than other fruits (very little, actually), unless you add it yourself!. Regardless of whether juice is all natural or artificially sweetened with sugar, sucrose, etc!. it will have the same amount of calories!. So drink juices, but in moderation!. anything that you juice yourself because you know that there are no added sugars!. If you dont have a juicer make sure you always look on labels to be sure that there is no added sugar, otherwise there is no point in drinking them!. Fruit juices have calories and won't help weight loss!. But, if you want to lose weight and still want to drink juice focus on fruits with a higher water content - eg Watermelon!. You can also make a fresh juice and dilute it with water and ice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
