Question: Do you think I will lose weight!? (Details)!?
I exercise an hour a day on exercise machines, eat no more than 1,500 calories a day, do sit-ups, weightlifting and pushups every day, and I do some gymnastics on our swing set (flipping over the top bar and such) about 20 min!. a day and I ride my bike most days!. I am 90 pounds, 5'3", and hoping to lose weight in about a month (for school)!. How much do you think I will lose!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 13 too!. I think you don't need to lose weight 'cause your tall!. If you were shorter no don't lose weight!. But those peps out there don't know what their talking about you seem to have a healthyroutine!. But there is this one website that tells you how many calories you need to eat everyday!.It also tells you how much fruits Gains Meat etc you need to eat

I don't think you will lose that much weight, sorry!. I think its because your body is already the fittest it can be, but i might be wrong about that!.!.!.!.

I suggest you increase your calorie intake (dont worry, with all the exercise you do, you wont get fat), because it think its vital for your growth and development!.

btw, well done for fitting in all that exercise in your time!.

u will lose a lot of weight before skul as ur doin a lot of exercise but dont stress ur self too much as it is unhealthy for ur brain and ur girl, smtyms periods mite stop as ur stressing urself too much, this is due to the hormonal level in ur body decreases!! Be careful but its gud!! By the starting of skul u can be atleast 80 pounds or if u work hard 70 pounds!! But dnt go under 75 as it will affect ur health as ur already thin, but if u wanna be like some celebrities then i wont mind!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well what they said is true, but it also depends on your frame, if your trying to lose FAT and stay 90 pounds but be leaner then what your doing is fine, just try eating the 1500 calories in 6 small meals throughout the day

i think you should aim to build muscle, which is weight, not fat!. 90 pounds is okay as long as you are not weak, you may just have a small frame!!!! i think you are going to lose fat (if you have any) but don't overexercise!. get a lot of calcium, because your weight might mean you have thin bones; you need to make them stronger so you don't get injured from all the activity you do!. good luck!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

90 pounds and you want to lose weight!? You are already underweight!. At 5'3" you should weight around 120!. I suggest you start eating more!.
