Question: What are the consequences of lifting weight when your 13!?
im working out lifting weight,doing abs ect!. to get in shape ,but
i dont know if lifting weight has any side effects

OK man a lot of people are not smart at this topic haha!. Listen this is what you have to know!. Your fine at 13 to lift!. Thats when i started!. Im now a dedicated weight lifter at 15/16!. And ive got some good strong/toned muscles!. But my advice to you is GET THE FORM RIGHT! Do not start to heavy in fact, start with nearly nothing!. Get the form down!. Once your form is down you will start getting some mad muscle growth, and not have to worry about injuries!. Do not worry lifting does not make you shorter!. Thats a myth thats been disproven countless times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

believe it or not you'll be taller, because you'll be fitter!. Think of it was has conventional health tips done for people america is still fat as hell so go lift weights! Only heavy weights and heavy lifting will yield results and burn calories moderate is for *******!. the meatheads right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
