i would say not alot, although it has alot of vitimins and minerals in it obviously because it has to support life it still has high amounts of saturated fats!. about a third of your RDA i think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
for an adult you should be only eating 2 eggs a week (on there own so boiled etc) in other foods they dont count!.
