Question: I want to lose 10+ pounds during july!.!?
Im 5'6, 158 and i run 6 miles a day 4 days a week!. 3 in the morning and 3 later!. I want to lose 10+ pounds fast as i healthy can!. I try not to eat more then 800-1000 calories a day, and then running 6 miles burns off 600!. I need a excersice/ diet plan for a 15 yr old teenager!. Anyone can help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am 15 too and maybe i could help!. my mom is a nutritionist and she always gives me advice when it comes to weight loss!. i am now trying to lose 10 pounds even if i will probably be underweight if i do it!.!. i don't know!.!. i don't feel good about myself!.

what i eat:
fruits (apples, water melon, grapes, oranges, etc, just try to avoid bananas, they have about 100 calories each)
vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc, i don't eat brocolli - i don't even know to spell it, because i was raised in europe and i have different tastes when it comes to food but people say it's healthy)
chicken/turkey/fish
cereal
granola bars
soup
cheese (small portions)

and you know what to stay away from,right!?
fast food, soda, bread, candy, ice cream (once in a while it's ok to have some!.!. but try small portions if you don't want to put back all the weight you've lost)

in the morning i usually eat cereal + milk and some fruits!.
then after 2-3 hours i have a snack!.!. usually it's agranola bar!.
for lunch i eat soup
for the 2nd snack i have a fruit
for dinner i eat chicken and some cheese + vegetables!.just put them on your plate and make sure they look good!. this makes you want to eat them lol!.

drink green tea and water!. BUT never ever drink right after you eat!. wait for 30 min!.
it's a good idea to drink water before eating because it makes you feel full!.!. but again!.!. not right before you eat!.
i read somewhere that it helps if you drink water after you wake up!. i don't know!.

exercise!.!. hmm!. swimming helps a lot!. what i usually so is rope jumping!. i do this inside my house everyday for 30 min!. just stick to the diet, don't start eating chocolate after 2 days and you will see the difference!. good luck dude <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink lots of green tea&& cold water- it raises your metabolism!.

Eat something filling and healthy for breakfast that will keep you from indulging on snacks, i!.e banana w/ organic peanut butter!.

if you must snack, eat apples, baby carrots, and celery sticks!.

for lunch have something along the lines of a low cal salad (skip the fattening dressing and opt for something more healthy like vinagrette) or a fruit salad w/ low-fat yogurt!.

Don't eat after 6 or 7, and for dinner eat light carbs (they help you sleep, and sleep is key for losing weight) such as whole grain pasta in a marinara sauce or bean salad in a whole wheat tortilla!.

Stay away from sugary drinks as it is useless to waste calories on liquids!. Also stay away from chips, pastries, ice cream, and high-sodium foods!.

Continue with your running, and stretch a lot, as this helps loosen your muscles and can promote weight loss as well!.

I would suggest a cleansing diet!. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month!. I also lost a lot of inches too! Ok, your NOT eating enough calories! I'm sure your a guy, so u need at least 1400 calories a day, since your a teen and stil growing! I'd buy some smart ones, or lean cuisines and also, buy some skinny cow ice cream! u WILL lose weight, but i think u are exercising to much!Www@Answer-Health@Com
