Will i loose weight...?!


Question: Will i loose weight!.!.!.!?
with a 20 to 30 minute run each evening!? im also trying to eat less and eat healthier but sometimes its hardWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had that, but I did instead about two sesions a day 30 minutes in the morning 30 mitues in the evening!.

It worked like a chamr, in one week I saw the benefits, and the second week even though I did not feel like running (i was so bored) and tried to go swiming instead for a cahnge, but when your muscles get going they will drive your metabolism and will burn more energy so once u get started it keeps going!.

I lost about 26 pounds in three months!. So evry week I could see 2 punds gone! yeaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

If you are new to running, I suggest you start taking it easy, and doing little, so u dont burn urself, when you feel like you can have it go for it!.
Little I mean do 15 minute and maybe another 15 minute in the evening!.

Try to really check your dieat very well, cose you know what, I have lost months like that, going to the gym but having fruit juces and puting right back on all the calories!.

IN order to loose one pund you need to have a deficit of 3000 calories! I think, but u better check that!.

You need to make sure u count your calories in evrything that you eat!.

Thgis is not to say dont eat, just eat the right foods!.

EG protein foods will not make u put weight,
carbohidrate ones will!.

So leave the carbs, have more salads, meat, and bean related foods and you ll be fine"!!

Yogurt is also a good choice as it makes you feel full, and has lots of protein in it as well!.

Try checking out the Low Gi diet, is a need to know stuff!

A 30 minute runs sounds good!. Eating healthier is great too but eating less may hinder your loss!. Food choice sometimes the hardest thing out there because there are so many theories out there!. Sometimes it is just hit and miss and finding out what works for you!. I would also switch off the running with walking sometimes just to give your knees a break!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking,running, lifting weights, just excercise!. It boosts metabolism, and burns calories!. Another way to lose weight would be to drink plenty of water, it acts as a natural and calorie free way to, well get full!. I'd say the key is consistency, just don't give up and you should see results in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, 30 minutes of excerise is great way to loose weight!.
also try going vegetarian for a bit, or vegan!. it will help you alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
