Skipped 1 week of exercising?!

Question: Skipped 1 week of exercising!?
HELP ok I work out 3 hours everyday, at least 5 days a week!. I've never skipped my workout (strength moves, dancing, treadmill running) for more than 2 days in a row!. But I just went to horse camp for a week and now I'm superscared I won't be as strong as I was before!.

I'm still thin and I don't want to become any thinner, but I suspect that I've lost muscle!!! How long will it take me to get back up to my previous level of fitness!? Also they had really suckish food there, hamburgers and hardly any fruit!. I had mostly waffles and pasta!. Any help would be appreciated!!!!

I'm 14, weigh 114 pounds, am 5'6"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when I went to horse camp I got super in shape!.!.!.!.it's super good for your abs, and feeding the horses really worked my arm muscles!. if this wasn't the case at your camp, I would suggest doing daily lifts with small weights (like 5 pounds) and doing crunches!. once you get some muscle back, start running and doing more aerobic and cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you wouldn't have lost muscle in a 7 day time period unless in the meanwhile you were only eating chocolate!.

I don't know why you are worried!.

check out http://blubberbuster!.com/height_weight!.h!.!.!.
to see about if you are underweight, etc!.

Good luck, and good job on keeping fit!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are at a good weight, but barely healthy, at a BMI of 18!.5!.!.!.!. so it really won't kill you to miss a while!.!.!. and just get right back on track and it does take longer to lose strength, so do not worry!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is not going to kill you and you should just keep going and then you will feel better if you start up again!.
p!.d!. your skinnyWww@Answer-Health@Com

you should be fine!. if you went to horse camp you obviously would be riding which in itself works muscles!. dont worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
