Is eating meat fattning?!


Question:

Is eating meat fattning?

I lost a bunch of wieght, and so Ive just started doing 15-20 min of jump ropping, plus wieght training on my core, ive started to eat a little more meat here and there, is that fattning, cause the protien is good for wieght lose/muscle build right?

what ur doing sounds really good=]
but it really depends on what type of meat
if its boneless skinless chicken or turkey thats awesome. salmon and fish are good too.
beef only twice a week (because its more fattening)
and no pork or ham.
another way of getting protein is egg whites (no yolks).

but yes the protein is very good for muscle building.
