Question:

Why do feel hungry all the time, with this new "healthy eating"?

I decided to make a change and try and lose some weight, I am always eating but my stomach is grumbling. Here is what I ate yesterday:

9am-Oatmeal and Fruit
12pm-black bean soup
2pm-fruit and yougart
5pm-fruit
6pm-egg white omelet with veggies and boneless chicken breast
8pm popcorn..

Any help you can provide would be great!

Because you are not taking in enough complex carbs! I look at your diet and it's scaring me. where are the complex carbs (low fat breads, wheat bread)? You need those to stay feeling full. Don't eat too much of it because if you don't burn them off it will convert into fat. Don't eat carbs after 6pm and don't eat at all after 8pm. I wouldn't recommend eating popcorn so late. If your going to eat from 6 to 8pm, make sure you don't eat carrots or any sugary fruits they will turn into fat. Have protein rich food instead. 30 minutes before you go to sleep, have a protein shake. This will feed your body while you sleep and you won't wake up starving. Have protein and carbs in every meal before 6pm. Also if you are an active person, you might be requiring more calories. So if you are, eat up! Ha, ha, ha!!
