Question: I'm starting to eat a lot!. Why and how can i stop this!?
I just seem to feel hungrier now days!.!.!.!. why is this!? My exercise hours have decreased due to real life stuff but yeah, my appetite has grown and i'm getting tempted to eat stuff now days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The trick is not to TRIGGER that appetite by choosing foods that dont say ''more''!.
Sweet foods and fatty foods make you instantly want more!
So snack on yoghurt, fruit, veggie sticks etc which dont make you keen for huge helpings!.
Be consious to not skip meals either - keep a routine going so you dont get ravenous and eat anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make an effort to be more active again, even if it's doing something as simple as push ups and crunches while you're watching television!. If your appetite is still heightened, snack on fruits and vegetables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to find out if there is an underlying cause for the increased hunger!. maybe you need the extra nutrition or maybe it's from boredom or stress or something else!. try to keep healthy foods around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no other way but to pull in the reins and be a bit more strict with yourself!. Keeping active will hopefully stop you from thinking about food too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
