Question: Working out (left hand weaker)!?
well im a lefty on most things especially when it comes to power i use left hand so when i flex my right side is weaker but i do even exercises on both sides is that normal or do i need to do more work on right side (btw i am kinda fat lol just started to work out like 1 week ago but im not obese either)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start your workouts with exercises for the weaker arm!. This will get your body to start looking after the difference!.

Do a great deal of dumbbell work, but keep the reps even on both sides!. If you can only do 8 reps on the right, and 12 reps on the left, only do 8 reps on the left until the right catches up!.
