Why are my arms skinny and my body big?!


Question: Why are my arms skinny and my body big!?
I noticed it when my friend told me it
my arms fell weak i have a muscular body
but my arms,wrists,hands are skinny how

Genetics are a large part of it!. The best you can do is to try to balance your workouts to achieve the objectives you desire!. If you want better proportion, moderate your workouts for the rest of your body(comfortable workouts for 10-12 reps to retain strength and tone) while intensifying your arm workouts!. Break your workouts down into body groups!. Example: Monday- Biceps/Triceps; Tuesday-Shoulders/Core; Wednesday-Chest/Back; Thursday-legs;Friday-Biceps/Triceps!. Take sat/sunday off!.!. repeat!.!. Do for 4 weeks, then change to Monday-Chest/Back; Tuesday-Arms; Wednesday-legs; Thursday-Shoulders/Core!.!.!.etc!.!. the idea is to mix it up so your body doesn't plateau!. Your arm workouts should be at weights where you max out at 6-8 reps, rest of body max out at 10-12 reps!.!. Get plenty of protein and rest!. When you begin to see the results you want, balance out all your muscle groups so you grow proportionallyWww@Answer-Health@Com
