i'm the same height as you but i weigh 110!. i used to weigh 125!. the key is eat healthy!. don't think about eat 3 full meals a day!. but 6 smaller ones!. my moms a nutritionist and the key to losing weight is always remember to eat breakfast!. if you miss out you'll be more hungry later and want to eat more!.

also remeber to eat protein, a good source is chicken or fish!. they both are a high source of it and burn off really fast!. so its almost like you never ate it!. and remember to eat druits and vegtables!.

EXORCISE: dance, hike, run, walk, swim, play a sport, sit ups, push ups etc!.

eat right and exorcise and you'll do fine!.

and a healthy amount of calories is 2000 to 2500!. so don't think you need to starve yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat often but make the meals smaller!. Cross train!. That is mix high speed aerobics( running, etc) and low speed ( walking/biking ) with weight training!. Push-ups, squats or actually using weights!. the mixture will help to make you body a fat burning machine!. Don't let weight training scare you!. You won't get big muscles unless you specifically train for that ( low rep's/heavy weights )!. Your body will burn calories at a higher rate for up to 24 hours after lifting weights compared to the higher burn of aerobics that stops once you stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The numbers dont matter, its how you look!.
if you think you have a bit of a gut, go run, or ride a bike for a few miles every day, do some ab work to tone that area a little and before you know it you will love yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u can loose a couple pounds like 130 125 would be good just exorcise and eat more healthy stuff and u should be goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
