Are these good ways to tone up my body and lose weight?
Starting in September I am going to join this fitness class offered in the town I live in, and I plan on going 3 days a week...one day to do kickboxing, one day to do step aerobics and one day to do a toning curcuit! Do these sound like good ways to get back in shape?
Answers:
Yes, they all sound like great exercises to help get you in shape. I've heard kickboxing can be especially good.
What you eat will also be important to how well you do. Whole grains, lean meat, vegetables, fruits, etc. Give yourself some treats from time to time too.
