If I were to go on a 1500 calorie diet with an exercise schedule of...?!


Question:

If I were to go on a 1500 calorie diet with an exercise schedule of...?

swimming, weight lifting, cross country, arobics, and tennis each for 30 minutes a day(2 and a half hours) for 3 weeks straight only resting on sundays, what do you think it would do for a 5'6 140lbs frame?

well, the best thing is to eat 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism on a level...eat healthy and exercise
if your wondering what to eat.. things like oats for breakfast, careful on the sugar (use sweet n low) or equal.
fruit for snack, chicken for lunch foods high in protein such as salmon, fish, kidney beans, eggs...(the whole egg),
cut way back on salad dressings, mayonnaise, etc....
you need a good exercise routine along with diet..
ITS A WAY OF LIFE.....NOT, A DIET....
