100% whey protien and weight loss?!


Question: 100% whey protien and weight loss!?
I am 158cm tall and weigh 69!.0 kg!. I was advised to go on a high protein diet to lose weight (30%,40% carbohydrates, 30%fat) The program is have 5 meals per day , 4 meals has protein
meal 1 egg, oat meal and milk
meal 2 chicken , rice, vegi and olive oil,
meal 3 Tuna and baked potato
meal 4 -1 scoop 31g- 100% whey protein, after the gym
meal 5 extra lean ground beef, vegi and bread

would this really help me to lose weight become slender and toned!? I'm afraid of becoming bulky would this make me big!?
and I've never used supplements before and the whey protein scares me!. Advice please!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

yea ull lose weight but not a ton BUT dont worry about ur weight as much as ur waist line!.!.if u eat lots of protein and do good cardio 3-5x a week and weights 3x a week ull gain muscle burn fat and ur waist will go down!.!.but the gain of muscle will lead to more weight but thats not badd becuz ul still look alot skinnier and this lean muscle speeds ur metablism so u burn more cals a day and ull feel like 10x better!.!.!. protein helps build muscle just dont weight train everyday weight train 3x a week and it will help u build lean muscle to ur full potential in that case less in more 7x a week weight training or even 5x isnt good u need ur muscles to rest and al that protein is great it builds lean muscle and no u wont get bulky unless ur lifing some HEAVY weights go light and do lots of reps like 10-15 per set and ull be fine if u cant do 10 then the weight is too heavy!.!.!.the protein you eat digests slowly so u feel fuller also just make sure that some of ur carbs are fruits like at least 33% of them are for vitimins and minerals but ur diet plan sounds good!.!.!.best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it does not help you lose weight, it makes you gain weight!.
If you work out while doing this program it can help you change fat into muscle but since muscle weighs more than fat, you will gain weight!.
I am not sure what happens if you follow the diet without working out, but it won't help you lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its a good routine!. You will lose weight & youll be surprised how toned youll get!.
Whey protein is from milk!. Milk is 20% whey (Miss Muffet!? Curds & whey!?) so its very natural, widely used and been heavily tested!.

Weight lifting, contrary to popular belief, is the BEST way to lose weight!. U may burn more calories in a jogging session, but the calorie burn continues thruout the day from lifting!.

And again, women do not have the hormonal makeup to grow big muscles easily!. Dont worry about it!. Even men have to do serious working out & dieting to obtain big muscles!.
