Good Exercise Plan??!


Question: Good Exercise Plan!?!?
I am 5'4'' maybe 5'5'' and 200lbs!. Yeah im really heavy, but Im 20 years old! Ugh, I have a computer career, so i dont get much exercise and my hobbies are computers and video games!. I am hoping to start a diet, but my eating habits are not bad! I eat tons of veggies and fruits, and drink lots of ice tea and water!. I dont drink soda that much!. SO I really just need a great exercise plan!. I dont know how to go about it!.!.!.!. I have a tredmil but its so old and loud it sounds like a dieing human! ITs really loud!. And I cant hear the tv over it, and i hate exercising in front of my family who is always in that room!. (no i cant move it there is no where for it) So what should I do!? I have some resistance bands!.!. But I dont know how to use them!. Should I get some exercise dvds!? I dont know what exercises to do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 30 pounds last summer and the only thing I changed was I went walking every night for 1/2 hour to an hour!. I did it every night!. It helps to have someone go with you, but can be done alone!. I just watched the scale drop a couple of pounds every week!. If felt great!. I got back into the clothes my husband kept telling me to get rid of because I would never fit in them again!.
