Has anyone done this diet!? It looks good, me and my husband want to try it but!.!.!. I do not know how good it is!.!. My friend at work said her friend said "I'd rather eat the boxes they come in, wow they taste bad!." But thats a friend of a friend, so I dont really hear the whole story!. Do you think this diet works, and whats the junk taste like!? I am really interested in it, and willing to pay the money for the help!. Its that vs!. food anyway, its about the same cost of regular food I purchase every week anyway! So Please tell me what you think!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I tried nutrisystem about 4 years ago - was on it for several months!. First month, the food wasn't bad - you can get through it, although by the end of the month it was rough and I ordered the 2nd month a bit early!. 2nd and 3rd month it was just getting awful!. By then I had a whole bunch of food that I didn't like and set it aside (not cheap mind you, but I couldn't eat it!.) (I kept ordering a bit early each month-that's how I ended with the stockpile- but simply couldn't eat what thhey were sending!.) I stopped after the 4th month as I had 2 full shelves of food at the end of that month that I simply was never going to eat!. I lost a few pounds during those months, but nothing substantial and they went right back on!. This diet did nothing to teach me the proper way to lose wt!. and more importantly to keep it off!.
Be aware that on nutrisystem you still have to buy fresh fruits, vegetables to supplement your diet!.
Last year I went on weight watchers- went to meetings weekly and did alot with their online groups!. it really changed my life - lost 45# from Feb till July when I made my goal wt!. I made lifetime last august and have continued now for a year to keep off the weight!. I know what I have to do to keep off the weight and how to finally eat healthy!. Weight watchers I highly recommend!. Nutrisystem was a waste of money for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
