well i need a good diet im 14, 5,10 and 180 pounts thats to much i hink so what sould i eat like give me a good diet plan like what fruits and all that and what wait should i get down to?

maybe like cantalope, strawberries, carrots, apples, pears, white meat, fish, you can still have some junk food but you have to limit it..
