How can I get rid of belly fat without losing muscle or doing the hula hoop?!


Question: How can I get rid of belly fat without losing muscle or doing the hula hoop!?
I exercise daily or every other day about 30 minutes!. 5' 10, 162 lbs, toned in most body parts except the *** and stomach!. Yes I do sit ups and leg ups and if i breath all my air out my stomach is about 1/2 the width of my chest, but if i don't!.!.!. its like double my chest size!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off most hula hoops are built for small children so you might feel discouraged if you cant do one and actually keep it up!. If you google hula hoops you can learn how to make your own by buying some tubing from lowes total cost is about 8$!. If you make one that is large enough for your body you will use it more!.

30 minutes is not enough time to really make a difference unless you are doing straight cardio and really keeping up your heart rate!.

Make sure you are almost to the body you want so just continue to eat good healthy food at least 1300 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
