How long shall I rest between reps?!


Question: How long shall I rest between reps!?
i want to tell you that i dont exercise much, but when i do, I feel my muscles tired and numb!. I am exhausted!. Thats like after 10 reps 1 set!.

Am I supposed to continue or will that damage me!? Sometimes I feel like I just cant do another setup/pushup/pull-up or ill break!. Can any one advise me please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only damage that you can do is strain your muscle, but pain is about the only strain, don't work yourself too hard your first time, gradually increase, let your body get use to the excerise , once you feel good and happy with your 10 reps 1 set, increase, that way you will gain your muscle and strength and still be able the stay togetherWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you are going to do like a set of 10 reps on one muscle group then work that same group again!.!.!.give yourself 30sec !. But what i will do is change it up!. Say i do one set of 15 bicep curls!.!.!.!.i'll then do a set of squats of lunges or something!.!.!.working out something totally different!. That way your muscles have time to rest while you are doing the other exercise!. Sometime i just switch between 2 different ones!.!.sometimes i rotate between 3 or 4 different exercises!.
I just keep repeating the sequence of exercises, till i have done them all 3 times! easy cheezy!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink lots of water and eat healthy you could be exhausted because your not eating enough/healthy enough or getting enough water!. try drinking Gatorade before during and after, the sugar should help you keep energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

give yourself 1!.5 minutes of rest bewteen sets!.!.!.!. if u are trying to burn fat build stamina try 30 - 40 seconds rest bewteen sets!.!. if u want to build extra strength more so!.!. then 1!.5 minutes of rest!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
