sure, i'd definitely help my kids if they got to that point. my hope is that they will never get to where the kids on Shaq's reality challenge are.
I do think it's important though to emphasize exercise, not diet, and make sure kids know that they are loved no matter what their size. as long as parents provide healthy snacks and plenty of exercise, kids are generally fine.
