Is 500 calories a day bad if I feel fine?!


Question: Is 500 calories a day bad if I feel fine!?
I'm toned in every part of the body cept for the stomach and butt!. I'm still on this diet going on day 3 now!. As soon as I can't lift what I used to in the gym I will up it to 1000 calories!. Theres some study that 1% of body fat lost will result in 1% gain in speed in running, so what do you guys think of this diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No! because with that small amount of calorie intake you don't have enough energy to propel you through the day in the long run!. you should consum more calories, i'm not saying to take in the daily recommended 2,000 but!. at least 800!. and make sure they're not fat calories too!. then you're good to go! :D hope this helps and good luck! I think you're going to kill yourself or at least seriously damage your metabolism!. A human being needs 1200 calories a day minimum, and that's a fairly healthy dieting amount for an average sized female!. Males need more generally!. You may lose the weight now, but as soon as you start eating normally you're going to put it all back on because your body will be hoarding the food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

THAT IS HORRIBLE! you just feel fine right now wait a few days

if u just eat 500 cals a day ur metabolism is gunna be really slow which will burn less fat when ur resting (ur BMR is gunna be low)
and you wont be getting quite as many nutrients as you need in a day so start eating a lot more!

You're supposed to eat 2,000 a day!

Try eating different amounts of calories a day so your metabolism won't get used to it and you will lose more weight because you will lose what you eat!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any caloric intake lower than 1500 calories a day is unhealthy and will stunt development and cause other problems!. If you have good muscle tone, you will need even more food to support them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
