wow I'm 13 and i have a 6pack but i don't do all that!. Every day for 1 year i did 300sit-ups a day(at once) and 50 push ups =P!. i can eat and don't gain anything =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't actually tell what gender you are, but if you're a woman, it sounds like you've got most of what you're looking for in that regimen!. Maybe just add in some curls and you'll be good!. Or you could bump up to the fives and drop a few reps!.

If you're MALE, you'll definitely want to increase the weight a bit (10's if you can swing it) and maybe cut down a tad on the crunches as your muscle will grow easier with the testosterone that you have within you!. That's for DEFINITION!.

If you're male and wanna bulk up, it's far fewer reps and much more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK to get your arms looking strong, you need to lift weights, and any kind of style, witch i see your doing, and also push ups are extremely good for your arms! But otherwise i think your doing all the correct exercises, just got to keep working, it takes a while!. just keep on going and soon you will notice some deep changes! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No !.!.!. you need to run and lose body fat to get a six pack!. Ab exercises do almost nothing to help your abs show (give you a six pack)!.

If you want ripped arms you to lift weights (heavy ones)!. Its just the way things are!. But you are young tone down your exercise and play sports instead for the next couple years!.

And it doesnt sound like your giving your body enough rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can't see your six pack its because your body fat percentage is too high, doing what you are doing will help build muscle which, in turn, will lower your BF%!.!. but you also need to eat right and lift with every part of the body, not just the core!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a great routine but it's not a good idea to do it everyday!. Your muscles need time to recover!. Every second day is perfect!. You will actually look bigger and stronger working out every second day eating the right supplements as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yep!. Do that for the next few years and as you grow more you will bulk out and get ripped!. I worked out as a teen!. I looked fit but it wasn't until I hit my growth spurt, everyone noticed then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no amount of sit ups will get you abs, unless you do cardio and eat healthy!. Also it's nonsense to work out just your arms you should work out your whole bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO GO TO THE LOCAL GYM AND ASK AN EMPLOYEE WHAT WORKOUTS SHOULD YOU BE DOING TO REACH YOUR GOAL!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont think it is advisable to aim for a six pack at this age plz do consult a doctor before going furthur with itWww@Answer-Health@Com

That is perhaps the worst work-out possible!. So no, what you are doing is not right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

baby please dont strain yourself!.!.start low then gradually build up with the workouts!.!.!.your 13 hunnie, dont stress yourself out with this!.!.!.do the right thingg and stay healthy lil one =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

u need to eat the right food too, well good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
