Why are abs being considered an object?!

Question: Why are abs being considered an object!?
I've noticed that abs have caused of spark by mainstream peoples, or your average everyday joe!. I sorta miss abs being a sign that your an athelete, now its just creatine in disguise (in alot of cases)!. What most people don't get, far as the physical atheletic world goes (exluding body building and modeling) abs are a sign that you worked hard!.

I've seen say I want a 6-pac, like you can go to the store and buy some abs!. Why are they being treated in non-legit ways!. And half the time you give tips and answer on how to get them and the people never follow through!. Appearntly the values have gone out the door!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
ok, you and that guy that answered dont seem to know what creatine is!. so i'm not really sure you guys are athletes!. but he was correct in saying visible abs are due to a low body fat percentage; 8% for males and 14% for females (or under) even if your abs are not strong you will see them if you have that little of fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

I honestly dont understand what you are saying!. People can just buy abs, you cant go out and buy a bucket of creatine and all of a sudden you have abs!. Hell I take creatine and I dont have a 6 pack!. To get abs you have to have a low body fat %, creatine doesnt make you lose weight, it makes you gain it!.

People want a 6 pack because other people think its attractive!. Some people work out for looks and other work out for other reasons!. I personally work out for health and strength, with appearance an afterthought!.

But yeah, a lot of people never succeed with their 6-pack, mostly because they cant get it through their heads that they need to lose body fat, not do crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
